Eligibility: The Kuza ICT Awards voting process is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years old on the date of the awards voting period.

Registration The Authority reserves the right to require registration for voting, which may include providing personal information such as name, email address, social media account, or mobile number. This information will be used to keep track of voters and ensure the integrity of the voting process.

Voting Limits: You can only vote once per category.

Content Block: The voting page may include a content block at the start to share instructions, guidelines, or a welcome message to voters

Category Filter: The Authority has provided a category filter and text boxes on each category for a comfortable user experience

Display Fields and Information: The Authority may choose to display fields, attachments, and entry information on the voting page.

Social Share Buttons: The Authority may enable social share buttons to allow entrants to share the voting page and increase visibility for the brand, and the awards programme.

Minimizing Fraudulent Voting: The Authority will take measures to minimize bot votes and fraudulent voting behaviour by humans. This may include using sophisticated technology to recognize and block abusive voting behaviour, requiring registration, and hiding the number of public votes per entry.

Confidentiality: The Authority will not disclose any personal information provided during registration to third parties except as required by law or with the voter's consent.

Disqualification: The Authority reserves the right to disqualify any participant using multiple email addresses or engaging in any other fraudulent voting behaviour.

Technical Support: Participants are responsible for necessary equipment and resources for accessing and using the online voting system. The Authority is not responsible for the reliability, continued availability, speed, or quality of the telephone or Internet connection.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Authority reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
