2024 Kuza ICT Awards

The CA Kuza Broadcasting Awards was launched seven years ago, to honor outstanding achievements in the subsector. Upon reviewing feedback from the industry, it was realised that the ICT Week and Kuza Awards serve as vital platforms for interacting with the ICT sector and driving the Digital and Creative Economy pillar. As a result, the Authority combined the two events in order to increase their influence and extend the awards' reach to include the whole ICT industry. The awards will now be known as the Kuza ICT Awards.

The theme of the inaugural 2024 Kuza ICT Awards is “Innovation for A Sustainable Digital Future”, and takes into consideration:

  2. Compliance with regulations
  3. Societal progress
  4. Digital inclusion
  5. Sustainable development
  6. BETA

OBJECTIVES

The primary objective of the Kuza ICT Awards is:

  1. To foster inclusivity of the ICT Industry
  2. Enhance Impact of ICT Week and KUZA Awards
  3. Recognize excellence in emerging areas e.g. Innovation, Green ICTS, etc.
